Cook Brothers, Roger and Eddie have been renowned for their awesome 2010 Cobra Jet. One of the quickest CC/SA in the country, the Cooks are now setting there sites on the Factory Stock Showdown. There has already be one race completed out of the four race series. The Cooks are looking to make run in this prestigious class with the new 429, code name NINJA from Ford Racing. This 2014 Cobra Jet combo was added to the NHRA stock classification guide early in the year. The 429 is being built buy Holbrook Racing Engines. We have exclusive photos of the new 429 Ninja from mock up to engine dyno. Chris Holbrook did not gives horsepower numbers, but says he is very pleased with the power, and feels it will be very competitive at the Factory Stock Showdown at Indy. The Cobra Jet must be updated to 2014 to run the 429. The two photos show the new nose and hood, along with the rear bumper and tail lights. Also added is the parachute, mandatory for any car running 150mph and faster.
