"Provisional entries (Gold, Silver, past world and past event champions) will not be allowed to re-enter after withdrawing.
Bronze Card holders will no longer be guaranteed entry. Bronze card holders must enter prior to the category reaching quota. " Some of these changes, fortunately, will NOT impact those of us with a Rust Card! Mark Berg I/S 2665 |
