The problem here is that he would rather focus his efforts on change instead of conform. He just needs to throw away his "King" of Pure Stock status and fit in, or back off.

I'm sure Dan is a great guy and I agree he is very passionate but Dan doesn't want to conform he wants NHRA to conform to his combo. You know kind of how IHRA created PS, CM and GT classes so everyone could come out and play, well we see how that worked out for them.
