Although the FS/XX cars have been out for a few years, David Barton has only been racing a supercharged combo for this year. He pretty much dominated in the FS/X class with Al Carp’s Drag Pak, but took on this new challenge when Gary Wolkwitz decided he wanted to campaign a COPO in the Factory Stock Showdown race series. Barton tells us that although he has had great success for the first three races, he knows his competition is tough and there could easily be someone else at the top.

The excitement is growing not only for the fan but for the racer.
