INDIANAPOLIS – With the Stock and Super Stock entry lists full, along with 600 plus sportsman cars headed for the big go, Indy looks to be the place to be for the 60th. We here from many racers that they are cutting back going to nationals events, picking and choosing what best works for them. All this seems to go out the window when it comes to Indy. Over 360 Stock and Super Stockers are heading to Indy with 128 qualifying spots available in each class.. This mean 104 racers will not be racing. There is an attraction to Indy that no other NHRA national event can bring. Some say its to long, while others say its just another race, but the 360plus racers that have entered know its a special place with great history. They get to see cars and drivers form all over the country. The friendships that are made may have never come about without Indy.

Its simple, one racers tells me, “its all about making memories.” He tells me isn’t that what life is all about, making memories. We all love to race, and what better place to get together than Indy.
