The NMCA Muscle Car Nationals Presented by E3 Spark Plugs is excited to announce its class lineup for the 2017 drag racing season. Always looking to improve the events for both racers and fans, the NMCA made a few changes to the lineup for 2017. One of those changes is the NMCA’s new S3 (Stock/Super Stock Combo) class that will be joining the championship roster this year.

Also new is the Muscle Car Mayhem showdown, which will pit Nostalgia Muscle Car racers vs. Nostalgia Super Stock competitors at the season opener in Bradenton, Florida. Patterned after the successful Open Comp Shootout that will once again take place this year at the Atlanta event, the Muscle Car Mayhem Showdown will be comprised of the top-four-points earners for each class and four wild cards for each class selected from competitors in attendance at the event, to make up a 16-car field. Also joining the showdown lineup for the year will be a special Top Sportsman Showdown that will be held at the Norwalk, Ohio and Indianapolis Events.

Once again, Aerospace Components will have a major presence at all NMCA events as winners will hoist up a Victor trophy in the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle.
