And will there be a prorated rebate in entry fees if any racer is delayed for the track to be dried after an issue with this reoccuring problem. Our time is just as valuable as their's. I do believe there are other tracks with the same problem that we (racers) were assured are fixed.

For what it's worth, at the same meeting we where told they are addressing the problem as soon as the weather breaks, which explains the late opening this year. Lex said they have been working with some civil engineers, have taken core samples and have a new plan of attack. They will be removing the walls and drilling in from the side to get to the pockets of water. If I recall correctly, new asphalt, resurfaceing and grinding are also in the plan. I don't want to be a spokesman for the track but this is what was dicussed at the racers meeting last Saturday.
