It's a great smoke screen you are spewing out all in the guise of the rules being fair. NHRA's decision to rescind all boils down to a personal issue between Billy and Jeff. (As well as others & you, too) Yes, in this case Billy proved he has more "Stroke" with NHRA than Chrysler and Jeff Lee. Keep churning the pot in hopes everyone forgets the real problem. I should have stopped when I said case closed... I'm out of here I haven't got time for your Cr*^.
OH, BTW. Why do you think IHRA approved the parts? Could it be that their head Tech man just happened to be an AMC rep and knew about all the Autolite crab driveability problems they cured with Holley carbs?

Adger, you don't seem to comprehend English very well. Billys a big boy I don't need to defend him he's quite capable of speaking for himself. Maybe you should just move on unless you have a more sound argument. Whoever wrote the supposed memo giving Chryslers blessing for the parts probably was in grade school when any of these parts were in the PARTS ROOMS and available. Chevy had the cross ram manifold for the Z-28 in 1969. If you ordered it the part came with the car, in the trunk. The dealer installed it.
Ever seen a cross ram Z-28 in a stocker?
I can't speak of all the other stuff that was sneaked past tech over the years but they're just as bogus as what the topic is here.
And Adger your dialog isn't very becoming for someone held in high esteem by people on here.
Oh, and IHRA always was very "liberal" with their rules, doesn't make it right.
