The aftermarket Seat rule really helps for Plus size Drivers.
The visibility on the Camaro is a problem.

DO NOT get one with a sunroof! I had a 2014, my helmet was against the glass and I am only 6'1". I could lean the seat back, but then the visibility was even worse. Forget about seeing the stock dash while racing, you will need a tach mounted somewhere that you can actually see. I have friends with hard-tops and they have more headroom in them than my sunroof had.

The seat in the street cars literally will retract down to the floor. I have more headroom in my 13 ZL1 then just about any other car I ride in. Maybe that seat option is not offered in the SS or other models.

Our track wouldn't let you run if the sunroof is open...

I bet. Wasn't planning on entertaining any race car with a sunroof for the above reasons.

Thanks John. I have driven a street version and it was bathtub like, but I also slouched a lot and leaned the seat way back.
