Brake pressure switch

OK, then let me ask this.
Is it required that the pressure switch be installed before the line lock on the front brakes?

It would seem to me that installation after the line lock would circumvent the "two step applied by brake" rule. If you install it after the line lock, all you would need to do is step on the brake, apply the line lock, and the line lock pressure would hold the front brakes and the two step pressure switch closed. And we all know the line lock switch can be mounted any place you desire.
