They have poured 4 inches of concrete over top the existing asphalt. It is well past the eighth mile mark. The workers told me today that they are awaiting a decision as to whether the concrete will be extended to the finish lime or not.

Wonder if it will still be 11' at the stripe????????????????????????????????
