IHRA Pure Stock was regular Stock before the Modified Stock Rules. Crate Motors are also a great way to get more people in too. Especially Bracket Racers. You make a good comment about attracting new people. Here are two cost effective solutions.. D |

They A) Do not exist, unless the IHRA has starting running Stock again,
and B) A good Crate Motor car would cost the same as as a good NHRA Stocker, and C) A good Pure Stock Car (If the Class Existed) wouldn't be far behind in cost. Once you had built one of these cars you dream about, getting to the races, trailers, gas, is all going to be close to same. Nancy Pelosi wanted to run Pure Stock, it didn't work out well for her.
