It wasn't easy to find someone who handles small recreational vehicle insurance in NJ. I found these fine folks who handle everything, including golf carts.

100/300 general liability and 100k of property damage, $77.00 per year, but please tell Asta I paid $46.00 just to piss him off.

next will be random pit road safety checks to bust all of the drunk scooter and golf cart drivers. think of that money maker...

You know selling all my stuff was the right choice.

With fuel prices and Ins and Gate Fees and now Ins on pit bike.
The DOT going nuts on trucks and trailers and cracking down on the guys like us trying to race and have fun........

got mine today from State Farm (carries my home and cars also) $10 bucks a year, and they laughed when i told them the whole story.

Will we have to carry our Ins. cards with the pit vehicle? And what about the stickers they are asking for where do we get these??????????

You will receive the pit vehicle sticker when you go to the registration trailer to pick up your credentials. One pit sticker per vehicle entry.

....and the first 2 digits of the "serialized" number on the sticker are the event number. At Maple Grove last week, the stickers provided at the credential trailer all started with 17... Pretty crafty, huh?
