Default 69 Camaro 350/300 Horsepower Adjustment

I am not sure whether it was mentioned on this site, but I am looking for the run which triggered the horsepower increase, from 286 to 296, for the 1969 Camaro 350/300 combination, specifically whose car it was.
I believe that it was in 2018.

The end of 2021 increase was from 296 to 300. What would have triggered that?

Thank you in advance.

Here's a thread on the bump from 286 to 296 -
https://classracer.com/classforum/sh...ad.php?t=69574

The 296 to 300 would have been a year-end adjustment. So there were at least two runs of -1.00 or better throughout the year, and then the total average of all cars with that combo was better than -0.85...

I can't believe it's still under factory rating...

All that I can say that it is a tough combination.
I have thrown a ton of money at this combination, besides the engine and it is still a struggle.
The two year COVID shutdown has not helped either.
