69 Camaro 350/300 Horsepower Adjustment

Here's a thread on the bump from 286 to 296 -

The 296 to 300 would have been a year-end adjustment. So there were at least two runs of -1.00 or better throughout the year, and then the total average of all cars with that combo was better than -0.85...
