Were those cars always K stock Dan? I don't remember them being in that class but it's been a long time.
Did the big cam make a difference? I bet the sound of the new one was radically different. I've been on the Impala SS forum too recently and it's pretty dead over there; not much for sale. Those cars must be losing interest as we all get older. |

Most look beat up but great for restoration. Caprice/SS can run J, K, L, M. Don Campolito runs a 1996 Impala SS as a J/SA Caprice. His car has been 11.35 on a very good day. As for the CAM.. Second quicker than the Bullet Pure Stocker Cam with all the tricks $$$. PS and Cool days managed a best of 12.47 107, last year did a 12.53 at Cecil mufflers hooked up. Corbit Marshburn hit a 12.39 on a great day with his F/PS. D Last edited by Dan Fahey; 11-01-2021 at 01:31 PM. |
