I've heard 428CJ guys complain about having to run against the little toy Z28 cars. Well, the early Camaros were just LIGHT - and the Z28 had a monster cam, and a bigger carb than the 428CJ, so they made some power.

Sorry..my point was if you have Robertson winning D/Stock 69 Indy, how can Durbin have won E Stock in the same car?

OK I looked back at the chart (pg4) but those look ok
D/S=9.00 67 Camaro Robertson
E/S=9.50 68 Camaro Durbin

What I do have is D/S=9.00 Robertson BUICK which is what the narrative said but it's wrong. No Buick up that high for one thing but I have Robertson's car picture from Peterson, it's a Camaro.

Those charts will need some updating after all this, but that's the point!

DC - The Poncho is JackBriner, winner H/SA. I think the Pegersen pic was the final run off against Merkle.
