Ok, good to know that it was just how it appeared on my computer. Strangely enough, when I watch the Hemi class final, the staging lights did not appear to be flashing on my computer.

There are two things going on. One is the refresh rate of your monitor which is fixed, and the other is the frame rate it is receiving from the broadcast. Sometimes the broadcast rate is slow and the screen flicker is severe and other times the network is using it's A Game equipment and it's fast. Finals on network air time would be ultra HD in the feed and flicker free to your display. Some of the Sportsman coverage from early in the week was butt ugly.
