Thanks to all that have posted pictures, q sheets and other info. Motormania tv is doing an excellent job broadcasting. Joe is a great announcer and the boys in charge - Bo, Dave and Jason - are putting on an event that could become the norm.
The grilled cheese deal for a .025 light or better is COOL.

"...maybe there was a split ???..."
I sure hope so. That makes good sense to me. Just don't seem right for a driver to win enuff rounds to make the final, only to win a small fraction of the final round payout. I've heard that a split is common at the big money bracket races. Just assuming that most racers would frown on any racer who absolutely refused to split. Just curious. Since many of you guys do, or have done some bracket racing, do ya'll know of any who have refused to split a big purse ? Is it generally accepted that to agree to a split is the right thing to do ? But, I understand that the bigger advertised payout for the winner helps to hype the race. Wouldn't SOUND near as good to say that the final round pair will split the money, even if that is what will actually happen. Last edited by oldskool; 03-21-2021 at 08:50 AM. |
