Default Re: 2021 SS/GT rules & ClassRacerInfo

Dwight,
As you know, I have the Caprice in SS/PA and will be able to run in GT now. My old ship weight is 3925. I have been running at 3570 on a 3515 minimum. I can easily get the car down to 3300 with me in it. There has been no gutting of the car, all the power windows and seats still in there. I think in this case you would be looking at 700 lbs. With that being said, I don't think I could get it down to the 14 lbs. minimum.

I think I can get my 91 Corvette up GT/H at 2780 whereas SS/I I'm at 2870. I realize that it would not be a good move but would make my index go from 10.55 to 10.35 if I wanted to slow it down. The ship weight is 3193, so about 413 lbs. in this case.

thanks for all you do for this racing community!!
