SS/AH index change from 9.45 to 9.60. That's going to make it a lot easier for Hemi cars to qualify at Indy.

Hasn't the SS/AH index been 9.30 since 2009? I've never seen 9.45, getting 3 tenths back will be good for those guys.

That's a good point, it was 9.30. If it's really 3 tenths back, that would have been 18 Hemi cars qualified instead of 5 at Indy this year I believe. If it's 0.15 back, it would have been closer to 15.

Personally I would like to see it at 9.60 but I must have missed it jumping from a 9.30 to 45. Humm.
