What wouldn't be fair is: What happens if they find something illegal in Rd. 4 ??
The guys they beat along the way kinda of gets screwed then.
It's good that their checking cars, but you wouldn't want to lose to that car in any of
the other 3 rounds & than they find him illegal, cause the losers won't get re-instated.
