Running a smaller front tire is an example of working on the car. There is no magic dust that will instantly give you better results, but every bit helps. You won't know till you try.

My 26" Hoosiers measure 81-1/2", inflated to 34 psi on a 3-1/2" wheel. I looked at your measurement again before posting this and saw the big difference, so I measured again, 81-1/2".

If you need small front tires to get a good reaction time, your doing something wrong, or have a very slow car.
