front tire rollout measurement 25"&26"

Looking for actual front tire measurements of 25"&26" tires. My Phoenix 26" are 84" measured with a tape arond the center of the tire. I'm looking to drop down for better RT's.

Stick or automatic? If your lights are late, I would work on myself or the car. Those are shorter than mine. 26.75" diameter is 84" around with a tape measure. Mine are 28" tall. (88" circumference) Personally, I would not shorten my tires to make my lights look better. There are much smarter people here than me, that may tell you different.

Ed is right, no pun intended............................one inch in diameter is worth .01 in RT, hardly worth the trouble. Work on your car or get sharper on the tree or both.

I work on the car and myself regularly. Frt. tires are worn out so I need new ones anyway.
If anyone could put a tape on their tires i'd appreciate it.

Running a smaller front tire is an example of working on the car. There is no magic dust that will instantly give you better results, but every bit helps. You won't know till you try.

My 26" Hoosiers measure 81-1/2", inflated to 34 psi on a 3-1/2" wheel. I looked at your measurement again before posting this and saw the big difference, so I measured again, 81-1/2".

If you need small front tires to get a good reaction time, your doing something wrong, or have a very slow car.
