Run off national records????. Wow, this sounds brutal. I can't imagine running off a national record. This means I would have to work on my combo. I hope this dosn't happen, said the rabbit.

And, declare any run during qualifying and eliminations at any sanctioned event that is quicker than the existing national record to be the new national record and the new class index used for dialing during that event and subsequent events (subject to a visual verification of intake and cylinder head casting numbers and a P&G displacement test.)
