Maurice you should check with Walt Cook as he might remember more details on the car. If I remember correctly Maurice Wiebe owned that car in the mid to late 80s and sold it about the time the Ashcroft race track opened. I can not remember who bought it but I worked on it at Ashcroft a couple of times. He then bought another Camaro to race from Rolf N.

I want to "Thank" everyone who has helped me on my quest for information. A lead came to me this morning in a PM, that I followed up on and have made contact with the current owner of "The Fugitive". The car is his favourite of his collection. He is also very interested in the racing history of his Camaro. I let him know about Classracer and he will also review what has been posted. SS. The car had been restored at that time. It was / is a 396-375hp with factory alum.heads.
