I think originally that Dale Shannons car was built by a guy named Kent Widmer that raced a stocker 427 fairlane previously. I had heard that Jerry Bickel did the chassis but I am not completely certain abut that. The tbird was originally built as a modified car with a 429 or 460. Then Ray Paquet bought it and traded it to Dale for Dales stocker Mustang.
