I've never understood the dislike of the lbs. per cube cars. Though I'm sure there are some traditional super stock racers who look down their noses at them I believe the GT cars were in the same boat at one time. Hey I just enjoy the class... and enjoy having a place to race.

If I had any sense (I don't) I would have built a hood scoop SS car going in. If I weren't so close to the end I would make it one now. Never enjoyed anything as much as my old C/SM Camaro in Modified eliminator. Cylinder heads were restricted enough a poor boy could afford one, yet other rules weren't so restrictive you couldn't experiment in other areas. Cylinder head restrictions are the big thing, imho.
