Interesting Rule!

So it takes at least two passes within 1% of each other to beat a record. Is this standard across classes?

The guy said most of the other racers were much faster also, so maybe a big shift in conditions/DA from when their first passes were made.
Maybe other racers ran faster than the old record also?
