When you leave the stageing lanes, the tower takes your dial, it's on the left side of the car at Gainesville. If the racer has two dials, he should be tossed. Also, it's the drivers responcibilty to look at dial board and the score board to make sure the dial is correct. I was at Gainesville, my dial was wrong, I blew my horn at starter,BTW, that's why Rick Stewart hated Stockers. He just about jumped over the tree when I did that to him. It's the drivers responcibility for all matters relating to his dial.

I haven't raced at Gainesville since '98, but isn't the tower on the left as you leave the staging lanes?

Toby, I corrected it, I'm getting old, I've only raced there about 100 times.

They also have dial in boards at the water boxes but they weren't on Friday
