It is time to change the Point System

A racer can get points at your home division only ,your best 5 divisional races count as points out of 7 races . If you set a national record , you get points , if You qualifiy number one you get points . The the top two or three of each division show up for The National championship ,either at a race specially for them , or have a round robin type format or the normal format for eliminations . .

The reason in This economic enviroinment is very obvious Money and time is not there for over 90% of the racers to chase the points .

Right now the present system is set up for the 10% to 15 % of the racers who either have a lot of money to race or have a lot of time to race . Just look at who at the winners the last ten years , heck i bet even they would like this system especially now .

That idea to me isn`t worth a dime Don. Division 5 takes that one in the shorts.

Your right not sure what to do unless you have three points meet at denver and then three in Minn . or just move here to Az
