Thanks Rob.The entire nosecone was replaced by Haulmark in 2005 while still under warrenty.They said the original was defective and the new one was from a different supplier.Your suggestion will get me threw the winter.

Camping World has some peel-n-stick patches for RV roofs that should work real good for that fix. I used one on my toter roof to repair a small hole that was from squirrels. Clean and stick the patch. Then you could paint the patch to match a little better.

The patch sounds like the way to go! I was thinking about trying a fiberglass patch,but this sounds much easier.

Look into a great product called Eternabond. It is the best RV seam sealer tape out there.
