Camping World has some peel-n-stick patches for RV roofs that should work real good for that fix. I used one on my toter roof to repair a small hole that was from squirrels. Clean and stick the patch. Then you could paint the patch to match a little better.

Mike beat me to this one! I have used the same fix with my old trailer and it works great! Jim

The patch sounds like the way to go! I was thinking about trying a fiberglass patch, but this sounds much easier.

Look into a great product called Eternabond. It is the best RV seam sealer tape out there.
http://www.eternabond.com
You can order direct or some RV dealers carries some of the sizes.
