Barton's car is a real race car that would be fast with a decent horsepower rating. His is the fastest of its kind by a lot. Another example is Ronzello's D/SA car, he ran 128 mph in Milan last weekend, which is easily enough to run 10.20s, but he couldn't even win class. Cars like Barton's and Lynch's (and some others) would be fast without the bogus HP ratings. I have a lot more respect for a guy who builds a real stock eliminator car with all the tricks and little things than someone who runs some ridiculous amount under without trying because of a BS factor.
