Travis, glad to hear the news. I was beginning to think that every ruling was going to favor the factory cars.

Well, if my minimum for the next heavier class is 3500 pounds and I get on the scale and I weigh 3500, I am not heavier than the minimum for the next heavier class, correct? You either need to change the rule to say you must weigh less than the next heavier class or allow people to weigh right on the minimum of the next heavier class. -Toby Last edited by Toby Lang; 05-17-2011 at 12:39 PM. |

I agree with Toby. They either need to rewrite the rule or let us use the next class minimum weight for the maximum. Just my opinion. Dave Walther

Scales are calibrated before a big meet.
The scales are usually open to anyone who wants to weigh their car. A lot of racers come down before their first run and weigh their cars. SOME DO NOT. As with any new rule, it takes some getting use to. Those who move up a class need to weigh their cars before they run to be sure they fit between the min and max.
