Besides it was always agreed to be a side job AND it was paid for back then, the REAL news is it's a good thing it was "outa sight, outa mind" as far as my better half was concerned a few years ago (as I was a starving Realtor with 4 kids). See, she knows things sell fast on craigslist when posted by desperate housewives!
