IMHO, if you would blatanty "cheat" then you are nothing more than a liar and a thief. Period.
BUT I am suprised at how many times I have seen the Rule Book "misinterpreted" and I do believe that it is vaguely written intentionally for just that reason. Also, refer back to Eddy's previous post.
