Terry, anyone with half a brain knew what these new cars were capable of. It would be like letting me bump the compression up on my motor to 11.5 to 1, put on a set of Dart heads, add a solid roller camshaft, a victor intake, and a dominator carb and rating my motor at 285. You are right. What a joke.

They certainly shouldn't give the automatic first round of class bye to the fastest car.
Maybe some of these bogus cars will race each other and see what type of numbers they put up because the first round of class is the final qualifying run. Bob

Almost as sad as when the FI cars came to be in the 90's.That was the beginning of the end.I still think Bob could unload a #1 if he wanted.
