They do in MOST cases. Some HP factors are different (minor rating difference in most cases) so the shipping wt/class factor has to be re-calculated when running a combo as a natural NHRA style class car. When building a GT or Crate Motored combo you just use the shipping wts (same/same) to figure the class. The shipping wt never changes more than a couple of pounds no matter the HP factor. Just be sure to use the small block shipping wt for a small block combo and the big block shipping wt for a big block combo.
