Default Re: 68-72 Nova Combo Question

Thanks guys, I had searched but didnt find that thread until I actually opened my eyes and looked. I'm thinking im going to start working on this thing sometime after Indy and will make my decisions sometime this winter about which direction im going to go. But I am leaning real hard towards a big block combo just because it will be a bit faster.
Thanks
Drew

If I were building it I'd lean towards a 396/375 iron head stick combo. I like the 350/255, but it has been worked hard, and it is in a tough section of the class. As a stick car it's okay, but as an automatic, you better have your feces cohesive.

Question Re: 68-72 Nova Combo Question

Isn't it still 385 with a stick and 399 with the automatic?
