I think HEMIDARTDAVE wins the actually owned "7" car Plymouth list.
Well over a Million $ in cars. Todays dollars. Had to add one more to the list. 1965 Plymouth Valiant V-200 Sedan 273/235HP Commando 4-speed. The fastest and lightest 273 Commando at 2714 lbs. A perfect 11.55 wt/hp break. In 65' with the true Hurst shifter and linkage, and that hollowed out low-restriction muffler along with 3.91 optional gears.gears. Capable of 15.10's, right off the dealership lot. If you knew had to order one back then, you couldn't get the Formula S package on the Valiant (which was available on the Barracuda's), but you could order the Performance group package with a special order (Firm-Ride HD shocks, heavy-duty 6-leaf rear springs, HD front sway-bar and wider wheel rims 5" x 14"), as well as the 8 3/4" Sure-Grip Posi rear.
