Chris Hardy Guest Posts: n/a	Re: flat tappet vs roller Unless this car weighs < 2000 lbs and you have a 5800 stall converter. This cam is probably a bit too big for a perfect fit. Generally a roller cam is 40+ hp more than flat tappet.
