Jim,
Have you put some felt pen ink or die on the valve tip and done a full sweep to check the contact on the valve tip? A couple of guys I know have experienced issues with the Comp rockers because they are not the ratio they purchased.
Also, make sure sure the roller tip rotates free. Too many times I have seen others wash brand new roller rockers, removing the lubricant from the roller making them seize. A seized roller tip can generate a side load on the valve stem due to limited contact on the tip.
