I had replaced the ex valves and installed roller rockers . Now the valves are not turning. Any suggestions. thanks

John i had ran these heads with the stock rockers , with the clearance .001 , put the roller rockers on while it was on the dyno , thats when it showed up.

and what would that be? i have the rocker in the correct location on the valve, and as i said these heads never had a problem until i put new valves and the comp rocker on them..

Jim,

Have you put some felt pen ink or die on the valve tip and done a full sweep to check the contact on the valve tip? A couple of guys I know have experienced issues with the Comp rockers because they are not the ratio they purchased.

Also, make sure sure the roller tip rotates free. Too many times I have seen others wash brand new roller rockers, removing the lubricant from the roller making them seize. A seized roller tip can generate a side load on the valve stem due to limited contact on the tip.
