Can I third that motion? I actually lost two heads-up runs in 2019 but I can tell you first hand, it adds excitement and is a great motivational factor as well.

well how bad do you want to WIN. what is worth time, money & all the hard work late nights busting your butt and knuckles.weather it be a heads up or a round win the excitement & personal accomplishment makes worth it! I have been on both sides of the heads up working hard to win even it does not look promising, do your best & PRAY for favor ! NEVER GIVE UP !!!!!!!!!!!

When I first started I was one of guys that people would be glued to my bumper for class. I worked hard on everything from A - V cars to make them the best. Oddly enough some of my most memorable heads include ones I lost pushing my foot through the floor looking eye to eye at 1250 ft. If you are not motivated by a race like this one I lost 10 years ago, I don’t know what would. Take away heads up and a lot of us are gone. Have fun in the pro bracket.

The chances of heads up is why I race. When I loose one I have a road map of where I need to be better, if I win they have the map.
