I think the reason some are asking to get the roller cam and lifters approved for the older flat tappet engines is that probably half of the stock eliminator cars now have roller cam and lifters. Maybe make it like the aftermarket heads with a small HP penalty to run the roller stuff

Or, they could just build a newer car that actually came with roller lifters....
