Learning to launch

Hi Folks,
New to the Stock world. I have built a 76 Camaro small block with 350,350 trans 275 first,suppose to be 5000 stall TCI,Feels like 3500 to 4000. 4.56 gears.MSD with two step. what should my car leave at.Weighs 3775 J/SA.If I set my two step at 3400 when it goes on the two step do I mat the throttle then.I am a NEWBE! I hope to be at my first divisonal in May. Thank You for all your help.
