I would make early parking an event and a fun happening . then I would make the racing event a happening also not all the people who are with a racer like racing LOL some wife’s just might like to be entertained with show ,shopping experiencers all this to make sure My customers will come back and soon the word gets out on how My customers are treated and there will be more showing up . this is a basic Promotion 101 not rocker science there are many more ways to make customers happy I have only touched on a few to make my point . I feel some businesses have forgotten how to treat a paying customer and soon there is no money ,no customers and the decision makers wonder why Dud look in the mirror and take Promotion 101 over again in real life .

Not afraid .I at first thought a good friend of mine took my comments personal and so I deleted them,and today he called me and said Great comments and so i reposted them

Most of my commnets are mine and are simply my experience on how to have a huge customer base and satisfaction with a for Profit Company.I have Zero personal agenda Just speaking up for the good of most of the racers not all of them just most of them

Last fall, on stacking day, I met up with Team Tom at about 6:45 am. We went down the street about a quarter mile and made a loop thru the industrial park, and sat there waiting, while we were able to see the pit entrance. Of course ,we were going to wait until 1 minute of, and then ease down towards the gate.
At about 6 minutes of, a whole group of racers emerged from the truck stop road, which is directly across from the gate. They had blocked the main road completely, and also the traffic coming down off the exit ramp! Somebody decided to let them in, so we proceeded northbound on the main road, and formed a line on it, not wanting to be pushed back any farther in the numbering sequence. I think we ended up about 30-40 something.
Anyway, first of all everybody knows exactly what time it is from their cell phones.
If I were running things, those guys who blocked the road early, would be rewarded with a warning, and a 100 number card.
Secondly ..It just shows what a sad and sorry thing this early stacking thing has become....in my (firsthand) opinion, of course.

This has happened at every race so far , this does not have to happened .there is a safe ,orderly way to stack at every track but for some reason The Decision makers do not want early, reasonable, orderly and safe stacking for their customers before the race ,this is my point in my posts.
