I would make sure that if my early customer had any needs they were taken care of . I would allow them to come in and get a number 24/7 to park your Rigs in a orderly manner into the track also a packet that would answer any questions you may have with goodies in the packet . I would have some volunteers to make sure my customers are taken care of like washing Your rig , servicing your rig or even any repairs to your rig like the generator or at least make sure a phone number is there to call. I would have businesses with discounts at their business during race week . I would make early parking an event and a fun happening . then I would make the racing event a happening also not all the people who are with a racer like racing LOL some wife’s just might like to be entertained with show ,shopping experiencers all this to make sure My customers will come back and soon the word gets out on how My customers are treated and there will be more showing up . this is a basic Promotion 101 not rocker science there are many more ways to make customers happy I have only touched on a few to make my point . I feel some businesses have forgotten how to treat a paying customer and soon there is no money ,no customers and the decision makers wonder why Dud look in the mirror and take Promotion 101 over again in real life .

While I'm not a believer in getting to a race 4 days before event.
The Pizza Co. will let you park in the parking lot until it opens at 10am.

You correct, you may leave to go to races anytime you would like, but its my property and I can tell you when to come on it if I want to. I do agree with Bob on increase in sales from letting people in early.

OK. Makes sense. You just reposted something different than your original post though.
