Talking Re: Div 2 Start of the year

Thanks Sean... I think that you will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the new track. We are hoping to fill a 100 car field. I think that will be more than possible. Thanks for your support. We will let you know more information as we get closer, and hopefully we have more drivers that are interested.

Thumbs up Re: Div 2 Start of the year

Jeremy.

I bought Steve Haulman's J/S Camaro recently and plan to run the LODRS's at Gainesville and Orlando and hope to run the race at Lakeland as well. Working on the brakes and some other stuff now, but hope to be ready for the race at Moroso at the end of the month.

100 cars at a S/SS race... between NHRA events... Funny.

Question Re: Div 2 Start of the year

why is it so funny mr norton ??

we regularly get 40-50 combo racers in kentucky on monthly races with no national / divisional draw

might be a bit high but feasable...

Lee,
Why do you keep knocking NHRA? You don't race it.

Well anyway how ever you look at it, we are just lookng to fill the void in between the races so that the drivers can get some seat time in between the two events.
For the record, this will be an event open to all Super Stock / Stock cars. We will also have bracket racing availiable for those who have electronics (super comp, super gas, and super street)

This will give you availiability to park your rig until the Orlando event.

Thanks for the support !!! We look forward to seeing you all there...

Actually, I race both sides. Only reason I have not for the past 2 years is that we have a pure stocker.

Well we have nailed down March 1st and 2nd 2008. We are kicking around names for the event now

We have come up with 'Orange Blossom Nationals' , 'Central Florida Nationals' and 'Fugitive Nationals'

Give us some ideas... what do you all think the name should be.

Any one ready to committ to being here???
