Lee,
Why do you keep knocking NHRA? You don't race it.

Well anyway how ever you look at it, we are just lookng to fill the void in between the races so that the drivers can get some seat time in between the two events.
For the record, this will be an event open to all Super Stock / Stock cars. We will also have bracket racing availiable for those who have electronics (super comp, super gas, and super street)

This will give you availiability to park your rig until the Orlando event.

Thanks for the support !!! We look forward to seeing you all there...

Actually, I race both sides. Only reason I have not for the past 2 years is that we have a pure stocker.

Well we have nailed down March 1st and 2nd 2008. We are kicking around names for the event now

We have come up with 'Orange Blossom Nationals' , 'Central Florida Nationals' and 'Fugitive Nationals'

Give us some ideas... what do you all think the name should be.

Any one ready to committ to being here???

Since you would likely have some crossover NHRA/IHRA guys, you may consider using the IHRA 1/8th mile indexes, 5.70/6.40/7.00, since many guys will already have data for that.

Michael -

Thanks for the idea. We will look into it. S/C would stay the same, the only differenc would be in the other categories and we are talking a tenth difference, so I dont know what we will do as of yet.

We are moving right a long on this event and we are looking forward to it every day...

There have been some questions as to medical personal being there and we will make sure that we are well equipted. I appreciate your concerns and any oher questons or concerns please do not esitate to ask.
